It literally varies so much and is entirely dependent on the individual. On average people stop adding cms at 18but a noticeable portion stop at 14-17 and others stop at 19-22. Check your bone age and even then your vertebral epiohyses may not be fused or may be susceptible to faster fusion (no bone x ray for vertebrae) + we all know of the people who look like 10 year olds in highschool but continue to grow well into college but we also know the dude who was 5’9 with a beard in 7th grade and completely stopped growing. It’s completely dependent and unless you measure your estradiol peak through constant blood monitoring and or bone age x rays, even then you truly won’t know when your done growing.

183cm and some change afternoon just turned 17. Grown 3.5-4cm in the past year. I personally know someone who has been 179cm since 13.5 and I also know someone who went from being shorter than me in 9th grade to being 3 inches taller than me

Edit: I’ve also been into the heughtmaxxing community for a while but I’ve come to the realization that any height 6’+ unfrauded is decent and if it’s not HGH it’s cope

Dude heightmaxxing is a meme HGH adds a few cm at best. I’m probably gonna end up somewhere between 6’1 and 6’2 low night heightrealistically which is a good height I won’t be a Chico tier heightmogger but I won’t ever perceived negatively purely because of my height

in my opinion, there's too much focus on HGH and not enough focus on aromatase inhibition. It was literally proven that aromatase-deficient men were able to grow past their genetic limit. There isn't such thing as a genetic limit when your growth plates are open lol. The only issue with aromatase inhibitors is that you don't really get any visual benefits immediately but instead are steady and consistent growth. But nobody on this thread has the patience, there's also many ways to get past the health issues that come with low estrogen tbh. Even in your situation, if you were taking 2.5 mg of letrozole while you were growing last year, your bone age wouldn't of moved one bit.
