Yeah a projected maxilla really makes the difference especially compared to the average Asian

My maxilla before bimax was so recessed but now it’s probably my best feature.

Yea rest of his side is decent but eyes could be deeper set in his skull, radix could be higher and nose could be more upturned

Fixed my downward growth with trimax

A few months post op from trimax now and can see start seeing results without all the swelling. Had a narrow palate at the start so got 9mm expansion, jaw movements were 7.3mm upper, 5mm lower (10mm in total from rotation), 7mm genioplasty. No longer a recessed midface hapa. Before After...
