i agree but if you're below 6'0 it won't matter if your FFMI is over 21 because you will be seen as a manlet. i think that for guys below 6'0 it's better to stay lean.

Im not saying they r particularly small im just saying most people who use ffmi enthuastically probably have a large % of their musclemass from legs which is an easy part of the body to add muscle to for most natties. I'd say you look bigger than me upperbody wise but my ffmi is around 22.5 mostly because my legs are big.
