Luckily, this thread is just meant to lighten up people’s life and is generally not going to interfere with medications etc. However, everything can be taken to a dangerous extreme, so be careful as to make sure you are not using drugs etc to enhance your mood. You are living an amazing life. Many of you reading this, possibly even you, reader, don’t believe this. Maybe you have mood swings. Maybe your family members died. Maybe your entire life has been going downhill.
And yet, somebody out there has it worse than you. In fact, many people out there do. You likely live an amazing life.
I used to be super depressed all the time. I still am constantly upset with my height, my eye area, and situations that affect me. Almost everybody is.
We, as humans, were not meant to live like this. You should conquer the world by going out in nature or even just grabbing a bite to eat with a friend.
“But i have no friends, no family, and nobody that loves me.” This is not true. God loves you. If the other parts DO apply, it doesn’t matter. You can ALWAYS make friends. And who’s to say you can’t just go outside and grab food while admiring the world around you?
I don’t even like video games that much, and I don’t believe they are good for your mental health. But I even play games. So why don’t you grind some type of game? You can build a near perfect day by just your surroundings and you will naturally become extremely grateful for how GOOD you have it.
You can live your life, and by stopping yourself from forcing negative thoughts into your head, you likely will love your life.

I’m not dismissing issues just because others deal with worse ones. I’m just saying if we are grateful for the position that we are in, it’s great and affects mood
