Tren nukes hdl like crazy you can take ezetimibe and fish oils from day 1, if you know you have high ldl you can also instantly take statins
Tudca and nac should also be taken from the start to protect the liver
Memantine and melatonin should also be taken from the start for neuro protection

In short you can basically take all of these without bloodwork from the start as these just cover all basic blood markers. Most other stuff is OTC available so taking them won’t cause any damage at all
