Since I was 14 I have been drinking A LOT of caffeine. This made me a nervous wreck back then and I remember it. I want from not giving a fuck to a depressed faggot that was nervous a lot. Caffeine causes stress in your body and will kill you in larger doses, this is what causes the "energy" effect. I drink decaf tea now and have never slept better.

Good thread. I'm glad I was never addicted to coffee.

I probably drink coffee, maybe like less than 10-15 times a year (which is actually still bad).

I ate table-spoons of raw coffee powder once during a night before my final exams, last year.

You have no idea if it is giving you harm or not. The effects of the coffee ARE the harm. Its stresses you out. If you are drinking it once a day in the morning it may not have the same effects give or take but you have no no idea how much better you would be without it.

I drink a cup of coffee every morning and as a pre-workout

I would look into the side effects of coffee man. The energy you get is mainly adrenaline.

It will be better but for bad reasons tbh. Same way as being chased will make you run faster due to adrenaline.

I drink every morning only during exam weeks and I feel no withdrawal symptoms when I come off it, nor do I have any negative sides when I am on it. Leaving the anecdote aside, you're greatly exaggerating coffee's impact, it is borderline harmless.

Regardless of how well you tolerate it, it causes adrenaline to give you that energy. Eat pure coffee, like a whole jar of it and you will die. Caffeine is legit toxic, you see people dying from coffee over doses from monster etc all the time.

If a lot of it kills you then a small amount is still harming you. If caffeine works for you FINE im not telling anyone to not drink it. But be aware that were are consequences to doing so.

Not how it works. Plenty of substances produced in your own body that follow the same principle. Too much of most things harm you. This is because the quantity affects the effects of the substance too.

Now I'm not arguing that coffee is definitely healthy and has no long-term effects, since there's no consensus on that in the scientific community, just that drinking coffee from time to time isn't going to change much.

If you must cycle caffeine. I'm goong to do at least a 3 month detox and see if I want it in my life. I'm trying to get completely off it period. But who knows.

Caffeine is based for energy and for testisterone. Use in moderation tho

Good luck

Caffeine makes me sleepy.

Coffee is legit but most people over do it lol 4-6 times a day is too much. I drink like 2 most of the time 3 max and even then only when I wage cuck or need for a workout. You will get adrenal fatigue from drinking it all day. I just drink green or black tea cuz I don't have decent coffee maker :feelsrope: :feelsrope:

It takes a week to get rid of withdrawals, changing anything up will do this. I also would guess something else is causing the anxiety etc and you need caffeine to cover it up.

im down to 3 coffee a day :feelsez:

Coffe should be drank in periods of life when you need that extra boost, not everyday. I never drink coffe and hence anytime i have a cup im hyperactive. If i drank coffe everyday, i wouldn't be able to get that extra boost from 1 cup of coffe.

POST SOURCES FAGGOT

If you don't drink too much and stop drinking 6-8h before bed, you will be gucci. Also take tolerance breaks every month or so to see how much caffeine affects you and keep the tolerance in check.

thanks for your attention.

I drink two coffees per day man some times 3

i drink ike 7-8 cuppas. best cope with cigs

Good for fat loss as it suppresses appetite.

Just sugars from honey and fruit right?
That‘s up to your preferences. I eat all kinds of sugary things; fruits, honey, sugar cane syrup (a literal superfood), retail sugar, fat-free candy, fruit juice etc.

JUST NEVER HAVE ENERGY TO GET ANYTHING DONE SO YOU CAN SLEEP GOOD THEORY

I rarely drink coffee

Doesn't even taste good to me. I don't drink it, and I never will, at least I hope. Once I get older, I wanna be that one respectful guy who everyone knows only drinks water.
