It dehydrates you, not the opposite. All you are doing is flushing away nutrients and bloating yourself. You should be drinking very little of it or drink sparkling water (adds oxygen to the blood atleast) or even better drink raw milk or vegetable juice. We humans crave liquids with flavor instead of water for a reason. It was actually common knowledge that drinking too much water was bad for you back then before the bottled water industry appeared and wanted to sell more plastic bottles so they brainwashed the general population
