Whether or not u should drink water may depend on your diet since if u eat mostly raw foods the water molecules are still present contrary to cooked foods which may dehydrate you but whether or not you choose to drink water PLEASE do not drink vegetable juices unless you want the toxins and antinutrients to be directly absorbed without being stuck in the fiber(not great either but less terrible).BTW cucumbers tomatoes and stuff like that are FRUITS so its actually a great idea to juice them for hydration and indeed better than water.

im not completely familiar with aajonus´s work but from what ive read its pretty good, these reccomendations are pretty terrible tho cucumber is great but both parsley(literally used for "natural" abortions sometimes since it does cause miscarriages smth that has that effect can for sure NOT be good for the human animal lol) and cabbage (goitrogens which will fuck your thyroid) are toxic (parsley way more so but whatever) and juicing them will give u a pure form of those toxins. As a rule of thumb anything that is green is toxic for us and the darker the color the worse it is.

you don't even need to drink any direct liquids at all if your foood is juicy enough sometimes

Jfl thinking bacteria is bad for you in 2024, I forget that most people still believe that germ theory. Look at healthy animals in the wild. They are LOADED with bacteria, viruses, and parasites! Completely unbothered by them. They aren’t bad, but just the opposite, they help the body function.
