i used to do this but after a certain traumatic event in 2022 my mind was shattered and i needed drugs and alcohol to cope and that made me into what i am today a hateful alone sad person

when i was a positive thinker i was winning in life and now im losing

positive thinking is so important but only if its not vanity but rather from an integrity and honorable place
