Man I hope some of you will actually read this thread. I’ve been stuck for months now wondering what i’m missing from my routine and everything to ascend to my true potential. I’ll provide current pictures in this post, but to be aware yes i am high body fat likely around 23% to be exact and i’m bloated asf. I’m trying to lean down as we speak as i’m currently on my reta arc jfl. What should be my key points that i should be focusing on fixing the most. As my zygos are pretty decent, not the best but still pretty good as i can still see my ogee curve at such a high body fat and my under eye support has gotten a little bit better these past couple months. Help me better understand on what i am missing and what I can do looking for high iq comments hopefully.

Lose the fat bhai
You're looking so fat lose to bf to 15% thats holding you back maybe you'll look decent after that :feelshmm:

Your face looks well developed, lose the fat and I think you'll be good to go tbh, I don't see any immediate failos. Maybe consider straightening hair or finding more ways to style it.

Obviously you need to lose body fat; there's already a lot of info on how to do this on the forum but another thing I've noticed is that your eye area and nose are the only flaws aside from your body fat which covers your good features

yea i need a different style asap i’ve had my hair hanging on my forehead since i was in the 8th grade
 
Obviously you need to lose body fat; there's already a lot of info on how to do this on the forum but another thing I've noticed is that your eye area and nose are the only flaws aside from your body fat which covers your good features
i’ve heard my eye area isn’t the best and i agree but the only thing i dislike with my eye area is how much upper eyelid fat i have hanging down, it gets annoying at times bc sometimes it clogs my vision and it also gives me negative hooding, been looking for the best way to minimize the upper eyelid fat besides that i think my eye area isn’t to bad, and if i can’t minimize the fat on my upper eyelid i’ll just learn to cope with it.

Well I see that you lack fat in your under eye area, you can use your hooding to your advantage because I think without the hooding you would look worse, judging from the picture you took in the dark you can see there are lines there which means lack of fat there.

yea i’ve been working on that and they’ve gotten a lot better the only reason they look bad right now is bc of the amount of fat i have in my cheeks pulling my skin down, and i wasn’t talking about removing the hooding completely necessarily, i was just talking about lifting the outer part of my hooding making the hooding even instead of having negative hooding yk

Your face looks great, it’s just the face fat honestly because looking at the eyes and your zygos you have potential to look like Oscar Patel but with better bone mass. When trying to lose face fat, first try to lose the body fat but absolutely do not ice your face, when I made that mistake my face only got more bloated: I am still a bit bloated but what has worked for me the most is losing body fat, sleeping well and consuming a lot of potassium, I suppose those are quite well-known methods but they do work.

yea i just can’t get a lot of sleep a lot of times anymore when i work day shift i get like 4-5 hours of sleep max then have to wake up, and when i work nights i don’t hardly sleep at all until i get home in the morning and sleep during the day until my next shift and my body fat has actually reduced a very small bit since these pictures were taken, prob because i don’t have much water retention in my face anymore, but reta has been helping me massively so far as the effects have already kicked in and i plan on taking a vitamin c and collagen supplement here soon to help with the look on my face

That’s great but try to work on your cortisol levels as well because that has a huge impact on skin, face fat etc. Because obviously if you work like this you need to but it has a huge impact on your face because of cortisol (stress) and sleep. I don’t know too much but you’re already doing great so it will probably improve with time as well

yea that’s something else i’ve been trying to approve on as well, just don’t know how i should go about it, that’s why i’ve been scrolling through botb section trying to find a thread of someone talking about lowering cortisol and shit

i think it works best to just lower stress (again I’m not too educated on cortisol) by spending time with loved ones and such
