I’ve been seeing that recently literally every thread around here is about roids and pharmaceuticals nothing else. Sure roids can help u of course but most of the times the ppl who r considering roids ect haven’t even softmaxxed enough to see how they actually look like, they’re 20%+ body fat, have no eyebrows, have horrible acne and horrible sleep. Only improving these little things can change how u look drastically but because of TikTok you have 13 year olds talking about PTH analogs and tren while they’re fat chuds who have horrible habits

TLDR
stop taking roids if ur a fat fuck that hasn’t even tried to look better before hand

I agree, but it’s a big commitment to be consistent with daily pins ect and js a simple routine that could make u look better (like losing weight and taking accutane) could help u understand how you look and how to stay consistent with stuff like this

no need to pin everyday i do 2x weekly
gear = better insulin sensivity, better metabolism, stops lipogenesis and anti catabolic if you are really commited to looking good you would take every shortcut possible to succeed
