It depends, hardmaxxing of course never is cope, but the surgery result will vary depending on your skeletal basis.
This dude literally just needed a bimax with downgraft and CCW(? correct me if I'm wrong) since he had SFS, basically the best base to have to ascend from bimax. A skeletal class 3 can only dream of getting a result near this without a lf3.

2. have tall middle third so they can lengthen your lower third to match your middle third
3. profit
