btw i dont think any doctor in their right fucking mind would perform a LeFort 3 on a patient who only wants the surgery to help boost their "aesthetics", a lefort 3 is only for fucking sub1 cripples with the worst faces i have ever seen
giant is the exception, they perform surgeries solely based on improving aesthetics, thats why one of the surgeons has an org account
lefort 2 tho that's a gamechanger and haven't seen before/after for non-deformed patients
