Staying up all night mentally tracing inwards the outer rims of three concentric circles over and over, gradually falling into a severe panic attack because each time you complete one full loop it still doesn’t “feel quite right” and the fucking urge won’t go away till you do it “right” despite you rationally knowing how retarded and pointless this whole exercise is, all the while you have a long day of work and a whole host of chores and other social obligations coming up tomorrow you absolutely need to be rested and calm for yet you JUST CAN’T FUCKING STOP - doesn’t need a diagnosis to know you’re fucked in the head buckaroo
