for the people who still sleep with their phone/laptop next to them, I have some news for you
you need to completely avoid doing this. basically EMFs (electromagnetic fields) can harm the brain with prolonged hours of contact, and since you sleep for around 8 hours + multiple hours of screentime. You are destroying your brain with radiation, literally frying it.
THE SOLUTION: the solution is incredibly simple, just sleep without your devices in your room.
I have personally experimented with this for 4 days,
2 days sleeping next to my devices
2 days sleeping away from them
i slept way better with my devices away from me, this might not affect your appearance, but it affects something more important: YOUR BRAIN
