Ur telling me i have a choice between low energy, libido and bad muscle preservation ur gonna experience 2 of these no matter what

Or 1500 cals of high fat high protein meals a few eggs milk and fruit preworkout walk to the gym do my workout hour of cardio walk home eat 300g chicken breast with some cheese THEN have some ground beef and chesse and THEN have some greek yoghurt from just 2 hrs of cardio a day while scrolling and staying debloated??

All you had to do was not eat those 500 cals instead of breaking your back doing cardio. 250g of protein from chicken breast (1k cals pretty much) and train in the gym. 0 muscle loss. Carb up / refeed once a week if you see getting hella lean and replenish glycogen.

true, cardio did wonders for me, helped reduce bloat and infact was looking way lean while cardiomaxxing rather than starve maxxing.

I burn 900 kcal in those 2 hrs

i already cut down 4kg of i believe is atleast 3kg fat from visual and since i was already cutting for a few days before so cant have that much water in my muscles

Im doing this now since i have 2 weeks before school starts so i got the free time i need i stay debloated and i do it with my friend who plays football im just tryna lose the last 3kg i need this way while prioritizng health and fats for my skin etc etc:feelsyay:
