I've seen many threads hating on eppley because of his implant results.

He doesn't botch people because he's bad, he botches people because he does whatever the patient wants him to do. If the patient wants some ridiculous flared gonians, he'll do it. Lifelong, but there are worries about bone resorption. PEEK is closest to bone but some settling is inevitable whether you go with PEEK or silicone. Also, negative long term side effects tend to be associated more with silicon than peek.

Pagnoni is the best implant surgeon in the world, get a good design from giant then take it to pagnoni to place it. My implants are placed absolutely perfectly according to my CT

Pagnoni is no designer, if the client doesn’t know shit about proportions and aesthetics then the result will also look shit.

Eppley is an extremely skilled surgeon with a great principalized plastic surgery philosophy. While most surgeons will turn away anything that doesn’t fit into their 3-10 common procedures they usually perform, eppley will come up with something. I really respect that. It’s what plastic and reconstructive surgery is all about.

His implants are designed by 3D Systems under his supervision, not literally designed by him himself. Silicone is also a structural limitation in some cases but not a biological limitation.
