Yep same here. I have this constant noise like air is circulating but it's some form of tinnitus and my hearing is dogshit.

And I also listen to loud music which in turn absolutely demolished my auditory nerve. I also get headaches from using headphones for extended periods of time.

I use earphones often but it’s been broken for a few weeks. So I use a speaker instead.

Good. Hearing damage/tinnitus will make you want to rope. If you do use them, low volume only and give ears breaks. My eyesight and hearing is JUST'd.

Yeah you gotta learn how to use them. It’s not easy. I spent hours trying to put one lens in and when I had to take it out, I had no idea how to do that because I didn’t even think about that, JFL.
