5mg minoxidil will not get you more results than 2.5mg minoxidil. The effect doesn't increase linearly, Studies actually show clinical observation between the 2 boasts a 64% improvement for 2.5mg and 62% improvement for 5mg. I can buy 10mg minixidil tablets much cheaper than 2.5 or 5.0 (if you do the math and even it all out) but it's hard to split 1 pill into 4, is it ok to take 5 mg every other day instead of 2.5 every day? if i do 5mg EOD it's much cheaper

Or is it better to take ~2.5mg daily, but it will be pretty rough like 1.5-3.5mg daily cuz cutting a 10mg tablet in 4 will not be very precise
