You can buy everything you need brand new from cheap chinese sites like temu as well as amazon. If you live with ur parents or dont have neighbors who will care about noise then u can just buy some shit off facebook for like $300 that has everything you need.

If you do care about noise bc u live in apartment it's a bit trickier but not much. Buy crashpads for $100-200. Buy rubber plates and crumb bumper plates. This will be everything u need to reduce the noise in ur home gym to 0. Most people don't know but even 2nd story apartments are way more than capable of withstanding someone dropping a 500lb deadlift. If your room is 10ftx10ft apartments are rated to 40 psf meaning 40 pounds per square feet so that 10x10 room is able to withstand 4000lbs of weight.

There's literally 0 point of going to a commercial gym in 2025. Even going to a hardcore lifter gym is retarded bc ur surrounded by gymcels and bald roidcels who try to act tough and shit bc they're redpilled and not properly blackpilled and it's cringe asf.

If u consider a commercial gym is on average like $30-50 a month so basically $500 a year. U can easily buy everything u actually need to get bigger for a home gym and not waste ur time at a dumbass commercial gym where foids are trying to catch you peaking at their ass for a microsecond and posting it on tiktok. Pulling chicks at the gym is a meme now it's all on dating apps nowadays.

cuz u waste 10x more time there. Aside from the usual shit like waiting for retards to get off the bench and what not. U gotta drive there and back. If u have a home gym u can do shit like cook food or other bs chores u need to do in between sets. u can easily save an hour or more a day with a home gym.

My homegym with squat rack & pullup bar, barbell, bench, 500lbs of weights fits in 6'x10' area easy and no more. u live in a dorm or something?

most people live on like 30-50 square foot with their entire family there is only space for essentials

Yeah I had to get rid of my squat rack and barbell because it just took up too much space.

I do only bodyweight training now, in some cases it’s just as effective as gym weights (back, shoulders, hamstrings, arms, abs) but in other cases you need some small special equipment (neck, forearms) and in others it’s just nowhere near enough weight (quads, glutes, chest to some extent).

I'm an optimal cable and machine lifter not some fucking orc retard that uses freeweights, only freeweight movement I do is preacher curl and neck curls and rdls go fuck urself
