That shit melts your mind and brain. It's horrible for you. I know from experience. It's ok to struggle with it, but at least try to make the best effort to stop yourself when you feel yourself wanting to. It IS an addiction for a lot of people. If you are reading this and are thinking about watching it and jackin off anytime soon this is a sign to try and at least resist, bro I believe in you, you can do it!
Your brain will start to clear up and you'll start thinking more positively regarding certain things (women, sex, motivation, etc). Again I know that from experience.
