i believe the rise in suicidal ideation is due to humans living in a very unnatural environment designed to reduce them to merely a cog in the machine
like wageslaving your whole life is not natural, but that’s what society has attempted to set you up to do
when people who simply can’t go along like this emerge, they’re labeled “mentally ill”, though the complacent ones are truly those with a lapse in judgement
