Stopped fin, for some reason even after more than a month, hair still not falling

but my hair still kinda thin and really slow to grow
ALSO
yesterday i was on my moms lap and she told me that i had hair growing where it was basically bald ( she actually asked me if i was cutting it by myself, since it was smaller compared to the rest of my scalp )
