Stopped growing at tanner 3.5

Im currently at tanner 4.5 and i stopped growing in THE MIDDLE OF MY GROWTHSPURT AT TANNER 3.5:feelswah:
the rest of my body hasnt grown either like my hands, feet, biacromial width and skull

I NEED HELP ASAP
