I started taking Ritalin IR for my adhd, on early april
at first it was great, almost like i finally cracked the code to being focus and locked in
but after some time, it just gave me negative returns, i would just get anxious and depressed right after it wears off like 1.5-2.5 hours
I'm planning to start pregablin for anxiety and modafinil + other nootropics for my adhd instead
