SSRI's made me extremely tired all day. I stopped taking them some days ago. I've had a headache ever since, been nauseous and dizzy too, I hope it goes away soon.

I'm 96kg now. SSRI's massively inflated my hunger. Fuck man, so over. I need to leanmaxx ASAP.

I cut my hair.

Been waking up at the same time every day and getting sunlight right at dawn. Gonna start training again and eating healthily.

Probably still gonna take 6+ months to undo this shit. Fuck my life. :feelsbadman:

Wow I got 0 sides from coming off cold turkey, but I think they fucked my hormones overall. They're terrible and do nothing, good move :Comfy:

Yeah it's very weird, around 2 days after I stopped taking them I began getting sides. I was taking sertraline and I thought it was supposed to be a mild SSRI.

Then again it completely fucked my sleep, wakefulness and hunger so perhaps it shouldn't be so surprising quitting it would have sides too. I've started taking 50mg at the end of the day and then I'll take 25mg next week, and it seems to have quelled the sides somewhat.

I would've kept it longer and done a temple fraud instead of getting that edgar cut

Can you give an example of temple fraud? I wanted to keep it longer but I fucked up trying to make it symmetrical so many times that it eventually added up to the unsatisfactory state of my current hair.

I never claimed incel tbh.

SSRI's are one of the worst drugs to take.

How is the withdraw, I heard that is absolutely awful.

Not that bad but I was taking sertraline which is supposed to be pretty mild. I have a pretty shit headache and I was pretty dizzy too. Could be a lot worse I guess. Feels like a giant scam tho.

The psychiatrist I talked to even told me not to get SSRI's but I got scared of impulsive thoughts. Should've listened.

I used to take SRRIs it was Effexor and I took another called Lustral idk what type is it.

It fucked me, tinnitus and lowered my IQ significantly.

I took it for the sole purpose of neuropathic pain in my right temple. which caused hairloss.

I'm planning to go to psychiatric again because my nerves are clenched 24/7 idk what medicine should I discuss to take... fucking loopholes

I had the same sides when I quit Effexor cold turkey, I felt like dying the first couple of weeks also brain zaps. Nasty drug. but helped with the nerve pain...

Goodluck to you... Good move.

Yo man, it's like a week since I made the thread, I take 50mg at the end of the day now because I got too many sides quitting cold turkey. I'm planning to go down to 25mg in the coming weeks.

I already feel so much better, I'm way less tired and my appetite has decreased somewhat. I'm surprised it was this fast so perhaps it's placebo, but I really don't think it is. I was sleeping 14 hours a day and still tired and already now I'm more alert on 8 hours of sleep than I ever was on SSRIs. I read up on sertraline and apparently, it's a quick-acting drug, about 3 days to get most of it out of your system, so I should just have continued cold turkey but that might also explain why I feel so much better already.

What are ssris
