OP did you ever try selegiline? The libido boost can be insane for some guys, almost annoyingly so. Good nootropic and anti-aging drug also, I've taken it for 7+ years. Still insane baseline libido boost from it. Will lower prolactin + refraction period too, I find it more of an aphrodisiac than pramipexole or cabergoline for ex. Cabergoline especially barely did anything for libido, its dirty 5HT2A/5HT2C effects counteract libido increasing effects to some extent, pramipexole is better for libido IME. Cabergoline is bit stronger at D2 than pramipexole though so might be better for lowering prolactin. Also you can take selegiline + dopamine agonists together too. I have years long experiences with dopamine agonists also.
