It's done, after approx 3.5 years of topical tretinoin I have stopped using it. For me the downsides outweigh the benefits. My face looks greasy all the time, it's even worse when I wear sunscreen. About 1.5 years ago I decided to stop tret for the same reason but decided to give it another chance.
Bluepilled redditors will tell you something about "glow" or "radiating skin", but the general population will just think you look weird. It's the equivalent of people with overfilled lips telling eachother how great they look while the rest just thinks it looks ridiculous.

I know tretinoin is seen as this penultimate skincare product that will solve everything but the benefits honestly weren't as great as people made it out to be. Currently I am just using a micellar gel for cleasning, a basic moistruizer, sunscreen and 1.75 mg of ghk-cu with 50 mg of oral zinc.

Yeah the gay glow
I have some ghk on the way only heard good things

Also, with shiny skin, imperfections such as pores and folds (nasolabial or under eyes) will look much more prominent because light reflections will be much more extreme.

People compare shiny skin to that of a child but I have never seen a child with a shiny face, they all have silky, matte skin

I mainly got skin imperfections like texture and pores So probably rely on niacinimde to destroy them. Looking to get a good moisturizer and sunscreen combo and a semi decent cleanser. Will yuse tret for antiaging, but use stuff like salicylic and nicinimde to clear my skin.:Comfy:

Don't they have moisturizers and sunscreens that "mattify" the skin?

Do you know of any laser treatments that would actually do a better job at making skin look legitimately younger? Something I've always noticed is that a lot of the women that are into skincare, regardless of their efforts, always end up with a "suspicious" look to them.

Like, I can always tell when a woman is legitimately young, versus frauding youthful skin.

If concerns me that women still haven't figured out how to look young, because if they can't figure it out, men certainly won't either.
