Stopping GH for around a week

If I were to go on a trip overseas for around a week while using GH and letrozole and theoretically it was impossible to bring it to the other country, what will happen?

You should be fine. Gh doesnt have withdrawals unlike steroids and allat. If you were blasting prior, your hormones might be adjusting for a bit, but generally shouldnt affect you too much.
