fuck this shit ill starve to 90 kg and then resume working out no point in lifting when you cant even do dips or bodyweight excercises like pullups. ye my bench is 100 kg but so what? theres no point in lifting big when you are fat and bloated.

It’s a trade off. The bulkier you are the easier lifting becomes which why strongmen look like bears.

The leaner you are the easier you can move yourself, which is while you’ll never see a gymnast lift boulders or a bloated strongman do a one arm pull up
