First pharmacy was chill, I got 40 Needles, in the second one the guy there looked at me like I'm a criminal and asked what I need it for.
I panicked and said Insulin for my grandma, idk if this makes sense, and this unc started rambling about how obvious it is that I'm lying. I just ignored it and he gave me 10 needles.

But then the most stupid shit happened:
I turn around and my fucking cousin is standing there. WTF!
I haven't seen him in months, why does he randomly appear in literally the worst moment possible. I just hope he got there as I was paying and didn't hear what the nigger said.
