If you are a manlet you aren’t worthy of respect even from kids.
When I was in sixth grade, my friend group and I went to the park with this new kid to play basketball. After we finished, new kids dad came to pick him up.
When he got out of the car, his dad was probably around 5 feet tall and maybe 100 pounds.
My friends and I immediately started laughing in his car window because of how he looked. We were just trying to greet him, but we couldn’t keep it together. For a full minute, we were wheezing IN HIS FACE and trying to make small talk, but we literally couldn’t stop laughing because of his silly stature
Meanwhile, his son was standing there also embarrassed watching us ridicule his dad. Eventually, we managed to compose ourselves and just play it off.
Imagine going thru what that guy goes through every day (also his wife towers over him)
I sometimes stay up at night thinking of him
And it’s hard because I saw nothing wrong with what I did i just thought that was appropriate treatment
I thought less of him bc of his stature and belittled him infront of his offspring
