Iv put pieces of paper in that bowl, let it soak all the cocktail and after iv let the paper dry

Iv cut the paper in small pieces, and took half the tabbaco outta a cig and put the papers in cig then filled the cig with tabbaco back

Got a empty pack of cigs put a one normal ciggarete and the laced cig in the pack and a lighter also, when i got to the local homeless, i was pretending i was running and my pack of cigs fell and didint knew. Now tbh the story ends cuz i didint check back if he smoked it or not( realized i was dumb cuz researched my situation with chatgpt and he said something like half the chemicals from that paper evaporated and the cig filter will filtrate the toxic shit, sad ending
