I have extremely flat, fine, and straight Asian hair and I use Biotin B thickening shampoo and based clay. I style my hair after a shower and blow drying regularly and it’s not use pushing my hair up since it curls slightly inward. After styling it looks ok but my hair an hour later comes out looking flat again. I could get a perm but tbh it looks really unnatural. I’m open to any suggestions to have my hair texturized or at least look better.

U need to find a better barber I had same problem until I actually got a good cut. Also style to fit your phenotype a perm will be fine if it plays within your current looks.
