Straight hair tips

Needing some tips for my hair. was wondering how often I should use leave in conditioner if I should be using a normal conditioner too. Also if and how much should I shampoo to have the healthiest hair possible.

idk i mix egg yolk,aloe vera and call it a day. too broke to shampoomaxx
