When I say sloped nose I mean a concave slope not convex slope.

convex slope is obviously awful- but straight profile vs concave is debatable

When I had my rhino I choose straight (and I am very satisfied) because it is easier to reach the outcome that you have planned, without incurring in negative surprises because the surgeon has not made the job that you expected.

no dorsal hump at all already have straight profile its jsut very wide from front .

so im basically asking whether to just ask the surgeon to keep the profile as is or slope it slightly
