Straightening hair but with no heat or loud ass noise

I have this weird type of curly hair that is defined enough to be curly and isnt relaxed enough to be wavy, its got wayy too much volume and its looksminning me so bad. Im trying to grow a flow and when i initially style it then its fine then it becomes this weird unexplainable shit.

Whats the best way to relax/straighten hair??
