Strange under eye area

I have no clue what’s going on with my under eye area? Is this just a case of extremely poor under eye support? Lots of fat under the eyes? Lack of collagen? I have no clue what it is atp. Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

Part of it is face fat, but from the side profile I can tell you have bad orbitals.

Yeah, I do. But it’s definitely strange to have a lower eyelid like mine, even with the poor infras. Usually, poor infras just result in sort of an Aegyo sal

Your eyes are puffy and look tired, try to fix that first.

Yeah I got some of the hyaluronic acid and caffeine eye patches. I’ll use them twice a day and see if anything happens
