i will start lifting again and i dont want to get injured so can anyone tell what should (no machines i lift at home )
 
Do stretches that imitate your exercise or move muscles that are involved in the exercise.

Don’t warm up doing those bird stretches with the 5 lb plates or shit like butterflies. those stretches in the long term harm you and is the reason why many middle aged white men have all kinds of fucked of shoulders and lower back.

(Example) If your gonna squat do a body weight squat as a stretch
 
When should i stretch ? Before or after the lifting? BTW thanks
 
I never stretch before lifting tbh just do a few warm up sets.
