i mean if you fight someone he can pull a gun on you and kill you or worse make you disabled for life, or you can hit someone so hard that you get in prison for that and good luck getting a job after that. you can avoid fights super easy, and lawsuits are 10 times better if you tried to avoid the fight / got attacked first
