Yeah it's really confusing. But I can notice less erections when I'm stressed out so I think yakhi stress can lower t levels

Depends on the stress btw soldiers are giga low T after war. Some of them can't get hard , age terribly etc. The people who you see are fit and laughing are people who most probably haven't seen war. But short term stress can increase T like working out

You need nutrients to go along with the stress cause stress leeches them and you need to replenish them otherwise your T is going to go down
