When I compare to my 40+ colleagues, they are all either bald or with grey hair and full of wrinkles.
Moneymaxx often has inconvenients.
If you are quite gl, it's better to chose the middle path.
I understood in my early 30s that I should avoid stress (management, positions where there is a lot of work, etc).
Go for good positions (like "experts" in a bankable domain) where being efficient is enough to make money (2/3 hours a day on average).
Don't go for positions where you have to "produce" or "projects" with deadlines.
Spare time should be used for working out, meditation, personal shit, etc., possibly during working hours.
Just my 2 cents.
