How do y‘all deal with being stressed a lot and is there some real techniques on how I can reduce it a lil like breathing exercise, more sleep idk

You can supplements to help reduce stress and there are many techniques some would be ashwagandga, red light therapy, L dopa supplements, sauna, ice baths, and just having a routine that makes you feel good in the morning and night can help improve your mental wellbeing which then would affect physical.

Stress is for slaves that worry about made made things. In nature you would only stress if you’re in danger.
