Jfl if you believe in this nofap, cold shower, dopamine fast, pseudo bs. Of course you gotta go gym but I always overtrain by working out 2 hours 5 days a week which is definitely not needed.
During HS, I rejected 8 HTB foids (2 latina, 6 white) because I was coping with being a “sigma”. They wanted me to meet up with them which later they would ask me to go to their house or they come mine. I still see them at the gym quite often.
Tldr: Sigma is possibly a huge cope for autists who wannabe really nt. I am 18 now look like a 30 yr old from excess Androgens/stress I put in myself, I could have slayed in my prime but I descended (ONLY AGE WISE) now I think it’s too late.
