Ever since I started to lift I've been getting stretch marks on my shoulders and bicep. I want more, I think they look really cool, and feel like trophies. I want to know how I can maximize the production of stretch marks. How many times a week should I work out to gain more? And I mean I want a lot of them.🤤

insane goal but just bulk fast and lift heavy so your skin can't keep up. growing too fast makes them happen naturally

It will look awful when they fade away don’t try to “maximize” them :forcedsmile:

just giving the guy the actual bio-mechanics of how it works fr. it's definitely a niche goal and i'm not saying it's the move, but skin tearing from fast growth is literally the only way it happens naturally. no need to overcomplicate it mate
