I’m 7ft, and my body looks stretched — long limbs, narrow shoulders, small head, and low muscle insertions. It’s like my body was meant to be 5’10 and got scaled up to 7ft without adding any width. In pictures, I look lanky no matter what I wear. Even after lifting, the muscle just doesn’t “pop” the same way it does on shorter or stockier guys. Any advice would be appreciated
