ik it does what abt core thodick stretchin works for sure
how much cm we talking here broworks if you have shit posture
Depends on your initial height, but up to 2.5cm (1 inch) with enough dedication, up to 5 probaif you are really autistic with it (inversion tables, hanging upside down, consistent stretches) and if you had bad posture to begin with. I'd say achieving your current morning height at evening after training is realistic. But in real life experience shoes and lifts may have more impact.how much cm we talking here bro

Then I guess the numbers I specified are realistic. Depends on your spine height also. More potential with longer torso and worse posture.im 185cm barefoot

Stretching is said to release "hgh" but it's likely cope and mostly just increase from posture and compressiondoes stretching actually work? ive been seeing this shit all over my fyp on tiktok this ethnic claiming he went from 185cm to 193cm by stretching/yoga

Id still recommend for flexibility since muscle stiffness and bone stiffness is a real thing even as you age, so whilst a cope it's a good one.thanks
