Stroke risk with aromatase inhibitor use

I was speaking to a neurologist who works in a specalised stroke center, and he said that in his clinical practice, he has seen lots of young men come in with strokes due to AI use. I contacted him for futher clarfication as I couldnt find any public papers for this. This is what he said:

(The patients) = "young men taking unprescribed AI"
This shows the importance of having blood tests done to measure the amount of estradiol in your blood before and after, and not just randomly taking a dose and hoping it works like how Ive seen many people on this form do.
