Strong Chewing is important

Just look at Barret and Drago eating soft foods but using all of their jaw strength to chew whatever their chewing.

I think when this was adapted at younger age that is the reason for the development of their strong jaws

Makes sense. Even chewing soft food very rigorously and using the proper chin tucked mew swallow puts massive force on the upper palate and maxilla.
