stronger corticosteroid than hydrocortisone for nose shrinkage?

i used normal otc hydrocortisone, it did something but im not happy with results
so i got stronger corticosteroid would it be bad idea to try it? or would just be pointless
its prescription only called "locoid"

they def were there, but requires a lot of consistence and werent satisfactory ye

yeah ive heard its mostly just softmax.
